PGPLOT missing from PSRCHIVE installation

0 votes
I've just installed PSRCHIVE using PSRsoft. The installation seems to work perfectly; The commands psredit, psrstat, psrsh etc. all work fine. However when I try to call psrplot I get a 'command not found' error. I expect PGPLOT is the problem, since running pav also returns a 'command not found' error, and as far as I understand both pav and psrplot rely on PGPLOT.

Does anyone know how I can add PGPLOT to my installation.

edit - OS is Ubuntu 12.04

Hi Cody,

I'm not sure about this one; the example shown at

http://www.pulsarastronomy.net/pulsar/software/psrsoft

indicates that PSRCHIVE is dependent upon PGPLOT.  Perhaps the PGPLOT installation failed?
