New Features in PSRCHIVE 5.2

A number of minor features have been added and bugs have been fixed since version 5.1 was released, including:

Polarimetric Calibration: The calibration program, pac, now corrects the inversion of Stokes V (in the linear basis) or U (in the circular basis) that occurs during lower sideband downconversion.

Archive Editing: The editor program, psredit, can access new parameters, including the centre frequency of each channel in a sub-integration.

Plotting: The plotting program, pav, can now plot two pulse profiles beside each other and can plot phase vs. sub-integration with time on the y-axis.

Configuration: The configure script has been built with a more recent version of GNU autoconf, which will look for the new gfortran compiler that comes with the GNU compiler collection version 4.
