PSRCHIVE user documentation: pcmData and ModelImportant Note: Currently (July 2023) the pcm functionality described on this page is available only in a development version of PSRCHIVE on thenpsr-pcm branch of the git repository.
Use the -D data command line option to enable two reports that print the input data (Stokes parameters and errors) and the model evaluated for each datum, once for the initial guess (before solving the measurement equation) and once for the best-fit model. For each input source and frequency channel, two text files named pcm_reports/<source_name>/results_init_ichan<channel_index>.dat and pcm_reports/<source_name>/results_ichan<channel_index>.dat will be output for the initial guess and best-fit, respectively, where <source_name> is the name of the source and <channel_index> is the frequency channel index
