PSRPL: Clean Up the Data

Start by setting up the environment variables for the instrument used to record the data to be processed; e.g.
source psrpl_env.csh caspsr
The environment variable PSRPL_DIR should now be set to the present working directory (the one in which the psrpl scripts are located).

If you have a new ephemeris that you'd like to install, place it in $PSRPL_DIR/ephem/<PSRNAME>.par and if you have any special preprocessing that you'd like done, place the psrsh script in $PSRPL_DIR/psrsh/<PSRNAME>.psh

Excise Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) using CoastGuard (Lazarus et al. 2016)

cd $PSRPL_DIR
./psrpl_cleaner.csh J0437-4715
